Guess What?!

I made it!

After 9 1/2 months of service and then 24 hours of flying and waiting in airports, I am finally in Brazil!

I only have a chance to say just that at the moment but I will do my best to write an actual report of the trip. At the moment I am doing a lot of smiling and nodding. I remember words here and there and for now I guess I´ll get by. Tonight all the Americans that are here with me will be having chocolate Brazilian pizza -something I am very excited about- and then I´m going to bed. I´ll meet my companion tomorrow and just smile and nod a bit more and it´ll all work out.

Well, until I have more time to think of something funny to say and the next Email day, I will be thinking fondly of the days I had the ability to understand.
