100 dreams

Back when I was 16 I made a list of 100 things I wanted to do in my life. One was to wisit all the seven wonders of the world. That included Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro Brasil. It's true that I haven't ever been to Rio but on the of the cities in my area has something that is pretty close. Really I'm beginning to think that all most every city wants one. It's not much... but it's got a great view.

This week was really good. We had a lot of ups and downs (lessons in the rain and stuff like that) but ended up seeing two of our friends get baptised. My new companion is really cool. Sister Bernardo is 24 and from a small town in the state of São Paulo. She's been out on her mission for a just a few months. She was baptised the same month that I recieved my mission call. I'm always amazed by people like her. The Language is going so so. I don't really realize that I have a problem until she tells me the stuff I missed. but at least I'm happy in my ignorance. Pictures are worth a 1000 words and you have three pictures and my hands are cold.
